Some of those pictures are really pretty, like I noticed you got the opportunity to snap the two little cute kayakers!! But then there's Rusty looking ones sort of depressed looking. When I first met the lad he lived in Columbus. I've only been to Ohio twice and no offense to people who live there but I found both cities I've been to very depressing.
I have never been to Cleveland but it looks like a pretty city. I love all the old brick buildings and. of course, what's not to love about Kute Kayakers?
Putting this on my list of things to do in Cleveland. A nice and different perspective from the river vs. walking along the streets and river bank. Thanks for sharing!
Now that's a cruise I would truly enjoy. Great, interesting, and artful views. But, no thanks on the water sports (or the kayaks either).
ReplyDeleteI wonder if, they have a clue, about other meanings?

ReplyDeleteOhio has it's charms, I will post the farm soon,
DeleteThat looks like a terrific cruise and you took so many, ahem, human interest photos. There was lots of old river industry to see.
ReplyDeleteThere are lots of lift or drawbridges, for streets and rail lines. I love the old bridges.

ReplyDeleteThere were two boats of them,
DeleteSome interesting shots there. And yay, a guest appearance by Travel Penguin!
ReplyDeleteHe will be back next Tuesday.
DeleteLots of things to see. I like the skyline shots. I'm reminded of areas in my home town (Quincy Illinois) along the riverfront.
ReplyDeleteThe River comes up along the west side of downtown.

ReplyDeleteWe have done it twice, it is a fun ride. There is parking on the pier if you can find a space. I'd like to go back for the airshow in early September.
