Thanks to my rudimentary knowledge of the Icelandic language, as well as a little thing I call Google Translate, I think it says: "save time and make shopping at netto.is simpler"
I used that to translate labels in the grocery store.
Yes, you should definitely learn Icelandic.

I'm always impressed by the language skills of Europeans. They can effortlessly switch between 3 or 4 languages.
