Funny Friday: Please Help Me Up!

I would bet that the sign on the bottom of the electric scooter was not written by a lawyer.  Most lawyers have had their sense of humor removed.  I am surprised the lawyers have not demanded that this be covered over, or replaced with a warning that falling off a scooter could result in grievous bodily injury and the rider assumes are liability.

  4. That is an interesting observation. I'm surprised it isn't the standard liability statement as you said.
