I like the idea of a martini bar at a senior center.
One of the goals was to draw a younger healthier crowd.

At a library, "happy hour" probably means sniffing that delightful "book smell."
There were a couple of people who had been overserved

I heard some libraries now have coffee shop. Coffee is on and stay safe.
It works for commercial book stores, it should be a draw for libraries
I read in Europe their libraries have cafes and such connected and this makes going more often and more used.
