DeleteI love transportation photos! I flew in a B-787 for the first time about three years ago, from DC to Paris. I thought it was an amazingly comfortable plane, even in coach. One of the better flights I've had across the pond.
ReplyDeleteThe 787 was comfortable, I didn't like the changing tint windows, the odd blue /purple color.
DeleteThere are some excellent stations in Spain, not that I've experienced many.

ReplyDeleteThe walkways through the garden were closed for maintenance, I didn't see the turtles.
DeleteIt is fascinating for me to see photos of European cities as most of them (in my mind) are still looking like the 17th century.

DeleteI agree with Bob in wishing we had better train service here especially in the western states. You had to navigate lots of stations and airports.

DeleteYour image of the Atocha railway station in Madrid reminded me of the terrorist outrage that happened there in 2004 - almost 200 killed and almost 2000 injured. What for? What for?
