Three Months

As I write this, I look out my window into a canopy of vibrant green.  Less than 90 days ago, the trees were bare and covered in wet gloppy snow.  What a difference a short time can make.

  1. From what I sort of understand, all of that wet gloppy snow, makes for the vibrant canopy of green. Pretty either way.

  2. It is exactly eleven weeks since we had the last fall of proper snow in Derbyshire, after a thoroughly miserable wet winter with numerous paralising snowy weeks.
Now that I am here in the middle of France, the sun is shining, the birds singing, the roses blooming and the snow seems a lifetime ago.
