The Mediterranean Coast is home to amazing structures and archeology from the Roman Empire. Some of this was on the agenda, some of it was stumbled across with a road sign saying something like Roman Aqueduct with an arrow pointing left. All of it was amazing.

ReplyDeleteYes, the Nimes Arena had several uses over the centuries, the Temple was used as a church and a museum, ensuring it's preservation.
