The Sunday Five: What to ask?

1: What would you like to know about me?

2: What do we not know about you?

3: Where have you been that would surprise us?

4: If we met in an elevator what would you say?

5: What question should I ask next week?

My answers:

1: What would you like to know about me?  I am looking forward to hearing what you are curious about.

2: What do we not know about you? That I voted for Gerald Ford.

3: Where have you been that would surprise us? A tea party hosted by Archbishop of Canterbury

4: If we met in an elevator what would you say? Hey, I read your blog!

5: What question should I ask next week?  Well I am listening?

Please share your answers in the comments.

  1. 1. How big is your... apartment? Two or three bedrooms and or a study? Balcony?
    2. A grave error of judgement but we all make them.
    3. Ok, hard to top that.
    4. It depends on the vibe you gave off in person. Do you meet eyes in a lift and say hi?
    5. How about some flying questions as a passenger along the line of window or aisle, standing to get off as soon as the seat belt sign goes off or stay in your seat etc.

    2. 1: What would you like to know about me? Name a song that fills you with absolute elation, makes you jump up on your feet, let loose, sing at the top of your lungs, or shake your booty (or all of the above)? (Assuming you have, or ever would, behave in such a manner.)

2: What do we not know about you? What little you intentionally don't know about me is kept private for a legitimate reason. (For those with a keen eye and a bit of read-between-the-lines ability, I have revealed a lot more about my life than probably many people realize.) However, when it comes to myself, I am an open book, for better or worse, so anythings you don't know about me are probably things I just haven't had an occasion to mention or never thought it was interesting enough to share. But to stick to the spirit of the question, let me try to share hare something maybe most bloggers don't know about me: For the better part of my life, I have been terrified of going to jail and have had a constant, irrational fear that I will be falsely arrested for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. This fear has lessened a lot over time, but it's still there and pops up occasionally. It's one of the reasons I developed an intense need to follow all of the rules, everywhere, all of the time. I get physically ill or anxious if I try to do anything I'm not supposed to.

3: Where have you been that would surprise us?

4: If we met in an elevator what would you say? Assuming I recognized you (I have a weird blindspot when it comes to seeing people I "know" out of context) I'd probably get awkwardly excited and come on too strong with my hello, which you'd hopefully find funny and charming and not off putting.
5: What question should I ask next week? How many other bloggers and blog readers would seriously be interested in a blogger meet-up :-)

    3. Back in my gym bunny days, I guy came into my office one day, and we talked for probably 20 minutes until he said, "now I know where I have seen you before, at the gym, I didn't recognize you with your clothes on."
