A little peace, beauty and quiet

It has been a loud and ugly week, really a nasty last three months in many ways.  I have been letting the stress get to me. It is time for some peace, beauty and quiet. So today I am posting some images from last August's adventure to remind me that the world can be a pretty and pleasant place.  There are a lot of good people in the world.

Do one thing that makes the world a better place for others today.

    Your photos are very peaceful. I am trying to make the world a better place but so far haven't found an opportunity other than basic manners. I hope that still counts.

    fun - I hung up the holiday stockings and the front door wreath

    better place - wrote a check for the local food bank

    pause - I just woke up from a nap with miss nyla (she slept on top of me)
