Fun memories. I didn’t realize you were inside Jerry’s library! The cemetery is a blast to walk through. There was one grave that read: She did what she could. Another: I told you I was sick.
I see such man made beauty and natural beauty in your country. How has it become so chaotic? Maybe we should disconnect from media, but that won't make guns, mass shootings, terrible poverty and a dreadful medical system go away, let alone a convicted criminal and former bankrupt in a position to be president. I've tried and failed to understand the motivations behind #45 supporters, along with your medical system that seems to have become too big to fail. Sorry to be so negative. You live in a great area where people vote 'correctly'.

ReplyDeleteWhich library was Jerry at?
DeleteHis office was in Sterling Memorial. But he oversaw goings on in a number of buildings.
DeleteI was in the law library, and the rare book building, great spaces.

ReplyDeletePart of the difficulty is Rupert Murdock's idea of news. Want him back?
DeleteWhat a beautiful law library!
ReplyDeleteIt looked like a very comfortable place to work. I wonder if they still teach research using the books?
DeleteI can't decide what i like more: the beauty of the architecture or the library ... I'd get lost in both and be perfectly happy.
ReplyDeleteIt is not too late to go back for another degree and spend a few years exploring. My first BA took 10 years.
DeleteLooks like a beautiful campus.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty,
DeleteIt's looking more and more like CT will be our post-retirement home!
