  1. These are tough for me to answer. I hope I do all these things every week in some small ways.

  3. What will you do this week to create beauty in the world? Be polite. Be kind. Listen. All things we all struggle to do.

What will you do this week to learn something new? I read like a fool, and there is knowledge in books. And, again, listen.

What will you do this week to be reach out to another person? Check in with people you maybe haven't talked to in a while. Look around. Be aware.

What will you do this week to help another person? Again, it falls back to listening and being aware and knowing when someone is asking for help even if they don't verbalize it.

What will you do this week to add value to the world? I think all of these things, listening being aware, helping, reaching out, add value. It's the simple things.

  4. Here's a tip -- if you want to ask heavy-duty questions that require some thought to answer, maybe only ask one, not five. Makes it more manageable, you know?
