If a three year old hands you her doll, what do you do? I'd ask the doll's name, say 'Hello,' and then hand her back ...and go wash my hands!

3. Depends on the baby. I thought mine were cute until I looked back in pictures. What I had was a hedgehog and a Jerusalem beetle. They out grew it.
4. All dolls are creepy to me. My late uncle used to live next door to a woman who collected ceramic dolls. She invite us kids in to look at them once, no touching (as if). She had a whole room full of the little demonic creeps! They all had names and everything! I couldn't sleep for a week! That Talking Tina episode of the Twilight Zone put the nail in the whole doll casket for me. I never understood the apparent allure of a Cabbage Patch doll.
5. I'd lie and say pretty baby, then give it back as quickly as possible.
