Actually, I have never been there in April, I have experienced Paris twice, in winter. The first time was in January 1991, during the first Gulf War. The second time was for Christmas in about 2004.
The city is delightful in winter, the weather is moderate, not warm, but not cold and snowy (a disappointment the first time I was there, I was living in Florida at the time.)
I am read to go back.
I have been to Paris in April. The first time in 1982. It's lovely. I highly recommend it. ;)
ReplyDeleteI can't think of anyplace in France that wouldn't be lovely in April

Amazing
DeleteI hope you get back there soon!
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, yes
DeleteIt's a city you never tire of!
ReplyDeleteGreat fun
DeleteThe closest I've ever come to Paris is while watching An American in Paris. That's as close as I want to get. I'm a big travel chicken (total opposite of a travel penguin). I prefer "travel chicken" to old fuddy-duddy. Of course, I used to be a young fuddy-duddy. Oh, well.
ReplyDeleteThere is always an around the world cruise, in a nice suite
ReplyDeletei love Paris in the chillier climates. Less crowded. Easy to get around. And it's Paris!
ReplyDeleteI would like to see Paris, yes. I suspect I could spend weeks on the museums and history alone.
