  3. I ran a 10K in the Air Force Marathon and that distance was perfect for me. Oorah to those 26.2 milers!

  4. I used to rum back in the day, though never a marathon, and I still ask myself why.
    Perhaps I needed that first sign???

  5. I ran for a while until my doctor told me to take it easy on my knees. Now some 35 years later, I see why. Or maybe I should say I 'feel' why.

  7. My twin nephews did the Chicago marathon a few weeks ago. We also had a friend in the wheelchair group and we even saw her on TV as she zoomed by. There was a huge turnout and a beautiful day for it too.
