3. I am in between books. So it's been a lazy week for me.
4. We had some excellent corn on the cob. And cherries this year have been phenomenal.
5. I suppose running. It's a lot of work, but still it keeps stress and depression at bay.
Physical activity is good for the body and the mind.

4: What was the best thing you have eaten this week? One of our favorite breakfast spots in Camden is closing their doors so we went to breakfast yesterday and I had corned beef hash topped with a scrambled egg and a homemade biscuit; I'm gonna miss that place.
5: What was most relaxing for you this week? A light bit of meditation in our still bare sunroom--we're waiting for the ceiling to be repaired--listening to the sounds of the back yard and holding a cat.
I have not found a good local breakfast spot, sad to hear of a good one closing.

4: What was the best thing you have eaten this week? I made a Panzanella salad with some great looking heirloom tomatoes and it was delicious.
5: What was most relaxing for you this week? Yesterday it was cool enough to sit on my balcony in the morning. I took the laptop and sat on the balcony from 7:00 AM to about 10:30 AM. That is truly a rare experience in July in Phoenix.
