I let the wheel spin in the archive to see where we end up this week. In the fall if 2018, I stopped over in Phoenix to see Spo, on my way to a speaking engagement in California.
I have always loved the Southwestern deserts; so peaceful. That was a regular vacation spot when I was younger. The whole family in the motorhome off to Grand Canyon and Zion and Taos. Loved it.
It is a majestic state. Looks like scorpions reclaimed the gulch. Nice-looking house. Cool garage entrance.
ReplyDeleteThe summers are brutal, but I love the landscape.
DeletePhoenix in the fall is a lovely time to visit.

ReplyDeleteI only did one trip with my parents in the motorhome, Key West.
DeleteCaption for the last photo: "Quick kids! Run! That's the notorious David Godfrey! You never know what he might do!"
ReplyDeleteI might take a photograph!
DeleteI recognize all of this except that garage entrance. I don't think I've ever seen that.
