Spring Colors, in the Restaunt - my work
There are 55 works on this one long wall
Lots of diverse talent
Fluid and Abstract Works, we have a resident to who teaches fluid art.
I have two paintings and a photograph in the restaurant.
Spectacular, colorful and large, yours for only $850 plus shipping.
The long wall from one end to the other
The last piece to be added.
It takes a few minutes to see them all.
The Show Poster
A photo from 1976, shown for the first time in 1977 at the Titusville Art League in Florida. One of my all time favorite images. The night I printed this, everything just worked like magic.
There are three portraits in the Restaurant taken in Belarus in the 1990s by a now retired state department official.
The third of Dian's portraits
Water color, calligraphy, photographs, painting, collage.

There are lots of paintings there that I would be happy to have at home, including your vase of spring flowers, stunning colours.

DeleteIt's great that you have a facility for displaying your art. It must increase motivation. I rather like your painting David - its endearing naïveté - and it was so kind of you to bring that hobo in off the street. Looks like he was badly in need of some nourishment.
ReplyDeleteStarving
DeleteGawd, you crazy guys, this exchange made me laugh so hard!
DeleteWhat a display. How wonderful to have this. I’d take that one if it weren’t for the shipping!
ReplyDeleteRachel does amazing work, she has a studio and gallery overlooking the Occoquan River
DeleteNice. Are those that appeal to you for sale? I suppose anything is for a price.
ReplyDeleteEven you would be Andrew. Do they do "Buy One Get One Free"?
DeleteAndrew, If the artist wishes to offer them for sale, we list a price, the sale is between the buyer and seller.
DeleteGreat show, with lots of diversity to make it interesting. Very talented people in your building.
ReplyDeleteAnd your flowers are screaming Spring!!
I have another spring flowers still life that I think is even better. The theme for one of the shows later in the year is "Still Life and Real Life."
DeleteWhat marvelous variety in styles, colours, media and subject matter! You and your crew did a great job of hanging them too. I'd love to view the exhibit in person and carefully look at each and every entry! I bet you'll receive great feedback from this show!
ReplyDeleteI would love to have you come look around.
DeleteWow! You sure have a lot of talented artists participating in your show. Well done!

DeleteWow, wow, WOW! Such talent and diversity in the art. I hope everyone in your building comes to see the show.
ReplyDeleteOdds are that in the six weeks it will be up, about half of the people who live here will pass by for one reason or another.
Delete🥰🥰
ReplyDeleteAnd you have to put up with me being out working on this, and running to my desk to deal with yet another email from a befuddled artist.
DeleteWow. You have a nice smile.
ReplyDeleteThank you,
