Art as a feeling is a visceral reaction to a piece, why art as thought is more long-term. Now, however, seeing that painting of My President the feeling and the thought are the same: I love that man. I miss that man.
The museum staff are very creative, I suspect there is a storage corner collecting all of the garbage of this era, for an extra special exhibit four years from now.
