I heard an item on the radio the other day about how few Venetians actually live in Venice anymore. It said the city has simply become a "theme park" these days because of overwhelming tourism. That may be true but hey, money's money, Italy.
How'd he get that big piece of melodic wood into that boat without falling in the water? Sorry, rowboat flashback. I love the cello. I wonder if he can do The Devil Went Down to Georgia. I've heard the original with a fiddle (Charlie Daniels) and one with a guitar (Jerry Reed). A cello version would be awesome!

DeleteWhat a classic and beautiful scene captured here. Wonderful photography with composition.
ReplyDeleteYou sound in a good humor today.
ReplyDeleteStepjan Hauser on cello. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him perform without Luka Sulic. Talk about dreamgondolas.
