It is time to make summer plans, time when families send their kids off to summer camp, I think we adults should send ourselves off for new experiences this summer.
- Do you prefer a city or rural setting for your summer get away?
- Do you want to be alone, or with a crowd?
- Do you want to do painting, wood shop or ceramics?
- Should there be booze or no booze?
- Comfy hotel, or camping?
My answers:
- Do you prefer a city or rural setting for your summer get away? City, I miss cities this year.
- Do you want to be alone, or with a crowd? Alone
- Do you want to do painting, wood shop or ceramics? Ceramics, actually pottery, I have always wanted to try pottery.
- Should there be booze or no booze? Either way,
- Comfy hotel, or camping? Comfy hotel,
Please share your answers in the comments.
This summer won't be any huge trips for me again. most likely will end up in Ptown to visit friend Pearly...and a few of us are talking about Rehoboth, but we shall see. Still want to hang back till more are vaxxed.

Alert Bluecoat on where to send the truck
Deletebluecoat has maddie on one of those tracking devices; the gin trucks automatically follow her wherever she goes!
DeleteDo you prefer a city or rural setting for your summer get away? I haven't really considered special summer getaways for a very long time. We spoiled ourselves with getaways throughout the year and, now, we're already "got away."
ReplyDeleteDo you want to be alone, or with a crowd? No crowds!
Do you want to do painting, wood shop or ceramics? Ceramics
Should there be booze or no booze? Not much
Comfy hotel, or camping? Comfy hotel. Whenever we've gone camping, SG has always ended up in a comfy hotel anyway.
Wise man
Delete1. Rural but near a big river or preferably the seaside.
ReplyDelete2. I like anonymity in a crowd but I am happy enough alone.
3. Ceramics. I am excellent at sending clay flying off a potter's wheel.
4. After 5pm booze. A debate pops up here every so often, should alcohol be allowed at children's afternoon parties, for adults of course.
5. Hotel of course. What gay man would be seen in a mere tent.
You could write about your pottery experiences.
DeleteDo you prefer a city or rural setting for your summer get away? I could take either, depending upon my mood.

Comfy hotel, or camping? Hotel ... with room service. I'm not an animal.
The older I get, the nicer the hotels need to be.
