Despite our lack of a functional system to pay for health care (ask the nearly 10% of Americans who have no health insurance) we were a great country long before twitter head started insulting our intelligence. If Denmark offered to buy Florida, I am sure Trump would have said, you must be kidding. Cancelling the trip like a petulant child, illustrates how unhinged he is.
