Travel Tuesday: The National Gallery of Art - I Needed That!

A couple of weeks ago, I really needed to be in grand spaces, filled with awe and wonder.

  8. What a great way to lift your spirits! My son took me walking inside our local community college and the walls are filled with student works that are so inspiring and fill me with optimism about the talented young people in our area.

  9. The National Gallery of Art... perhaps soon to be renamed The Donald J. Trump Bitcoin Gallery of Art. I had a look on a map at where the museum is in Washington D.C.. Any chance you could also visit the African American and American Indian museums?

    1. I have been to all three. The African American museum requires advance timed tickets - making it hard to do without planning. It is not that busy, why they continue to require tickets no one seems to know. We will pry that foul name off of this city in 3 years. So sorry, we hate him too.
