- Choices - the variety or restaurants, shopping, entertainment
- Transportation - Cities can be the worst if you insist on driving, but are at their best when you use public transit
- Anonymity - If 100 people know you and you live in a city of 1,000 people, odds are 1 in 10 the people you bump into will know you, know the same 100 people in a city of 1,000,000 people and only 1 in 10,000 people will know you.
- Big airports, more flight options, more airlines, more destinations without changing planes
- The hum of the city - cities make a sound
- Diversity - big cities draw people from all kinds of backgrounds and life experiences
- Eating out - forget chain restaurants - how about Turkish tapas tonight? I know just the place!
- Tall buildings, I can't leap them in a single bound, but I like them.
- The smell - this may go back to my first grade in Phoenix experience, but I like the smell of cities, especially on a cool damp morning.
- Entertainment options, museums, music, theater, there is a lot more to enjoy in LA then there is in North Branch.
