Now that you featured some pictures this looks familiar. I think my half-sister took me there many, many years ago. Her family lived in Alexandria for years, since she moved there. They just recently moved to Woodbridge.
Old Town Alexandria is about ten minutes away, we are on top of the bluff, just south of the bridge. Woodbridge is the nearest IKEA, we go there a few times a year.
Gazela is a beauty. Great photos. And so wonderful to see the rainbow flag.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see, a scorching hot day.

DeleteSome beautiful art on that ship.
ReplyDeleteThere were actually three ships, I didn't sort the photos to what ship was which. It was a nice afternoon.
DeleteLooks like a beautiful day to be on the water, and those ships are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThree ships were here for a long weekend, it was a bright and rather warm day.
DeleteA beautiful ship with lots of artistic touches on a perfect day.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fancy ship! I wonder about the sleeping quarters for the crew.
