The text appears to have disappeared. Only photos remain. Rather than visiting Iceland, why didn't you stick an "N" on it ? "Niceland" - entirely populated by nice people like you and me, where the sun always shines, there is no poverty, no disease and no "TruthSocial" or numbskulls in red baseball caps.
Exciting that you got to see it before it became part of “America,” too, along with Greenland... and Venezuela and Canada.

DeleteIceland is on my list of places to see. I've read a few articles about Iceland feeling the strain of over-tourism in the last few years.
ReplyDeleteThe two longer visits were shoulder season, spring time. I understand summers can be crowded.
