Plastic Jungle Cruise

Someone asked Uncle Bert's class where wood comes from and one of the students promptly replied, "plastic!" I suspect these are well traveled children who have see the plastic forests at the Happiest Place on Earth! I am getting a little jaded but, during our recent visit I couldn't help but ask myself, "why do people come here to see replicas of the world, rather then visiting the world."

This will be a fast and busy week with new and exotic photo opportunities.

  1. I have a question . . . does anybody else notice the penguin . . . er . . . your . . . photo being taken? Are they wondering what you're doing? Or is it just par for the course?

    1. It's more affordable
    2. No language barrier
    3. No passport needed
    4. Not as intimidating
    5. Can visit numerous worlds in 1 day

  4. Yes I get noticed from time to time, I have business cards with my web address that I give out is anyone asks. Last October someone saw me at the Lincoln Memorial and posted a comment with the following link:

to a picture of me having my picture taken. The photgrapher must have done a google search to find me, I did not give him a card. There is no real privacy in the world wide web, when in DC, big brother is watching.
