  1. The pictures remind me of my stay at the Fleishmann's Estate, The Spillian up in the Adirondack Mountains.

  4. Back in 2014 we drove down to Ocean Shores from Port Angeles so must have driven right past Lake Quinault - but did not stop there.

  6. Such a beautiful place. It's rustic yet comfortable and those trees are wonderful. That car is pretty amazing too.

  7. What a beautiful spot. That hotel looks fabulous inside and out, and of course the lake.

  8. Washington is one of the states I haven't visited. I did take in a view of Washington looking across the Colombia River when we visited our daughter who lived in Portland, OR. Your photos are beautiful!

    2. We drove across the River, out near the Pacific coast, because SB had never been to Oregon.

    1. As I recall it was like $250 a night, we stayed in the old lodge and it was a fun experience.

  10. Glad you enjoyed it but the second to last photo is where I would have spent my time. (and money!)

    1. We had a room on the second floor, with a view of the lake. It would have been easy to stay there longer.
