My best friend Bob Mc. (He...A beautiful post David. My best friend Bob Mc. (He was the reason I knew about and moved to Delaware) die of Parkinson's last year. His decline was slow and sad. One of my last memories of him was when we had lunch with him and his husband Jim at the assisted care facility where they lived in Rehoboth Beach. Even though Bob couldn't talk by then, had little control over his bowels and slept most of the day, he did manage to roll his eyes, and nod his head ever so slightly when he saw the cute butt of the waiter walk away from him as he laid Bob's plate in front of him.
