I love family histor...Well I will comment on this. I love family history and it's great that you got to know your great grand. I had one great grandmother who I knew personally, my mother's, mother's mother, Lucy Baker Vassar. We often stayed with her when we went back to visit in Charlotte Courthouse VA where my mother's people were from. She died when I was 15.
