Tourists on the Subway at Rush Hour

Tourists on the subway at peak rush hour frequently get in the way.  They are not sure which way to go, where to stand, or even where to walk.  Then one stands next to me wearing the perfect snarky T-shirt and I forgive them all, especially if they say yes to, "may I take a picture of your shirt?"

Do you encounter tourists in your daily commute?

  2. In San Diego? Yes daily. They are most welcome, yes even the ones from Arizona, as with them comes money and lots of it.

On the London Underground? You bet. Mostly I love them. Hell an American recently called me "Sir"!

  4. Do snowbirds count? If so, yes, between Oct-May. They double the traffic.

  5. No daily commute, but tourists are everywhere. And so are some really awful and some really funny T-shirts.
