I found this one in the airport in Portland, made by a local craft distiller. Made from sugar cane molasses, distilled in pot stills. It has a buttery flavor. Very smooth, not perfectly clear, but very flavorful. Limited production, labeled with batch and bottle number.
OOOOOO, that does look good!!! I love special rums like this almost as much as good bourbon.
